Account Manager - Inside Sales



The Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager and working as part of our award winning sales team, as a Account Manager you will be responsible for acquiring new business from prospects and existing accounts through sales of Accuity solutions within a designated territory or business vertical across the US region. You will plan, organise and execute sales campaigns to maximise revenue generation. With the emphasis on new business generation the ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit and will be able to schedule and present Accuity's solutions using an array of media including online demonstrations, online meetings and direct marketing. Working closely with Accuity's pre-sales functions the role will require you to interact closely with the wider Accuity sales functions in order to plan and manage the sales process.

Experience: Essential

 

-       Track record of direct sales in a B2B environment.

-       Track record of generating new business is essential.

-       Either information sales or software sales experience is preferred.

-       Knowledge and understanding of a B2B sales process.

-       Highly self-motivated, organised and be able to manage own time

-       Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of our customers and the business

-       Experience in selling in a subscription-based business model preferable
