Description
Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI) is seeking a Federal Proposal Coordinator/Writer in our Wilmington, MA office. The Federal Proposal Writer will manage proposal and presentation project management, writing, organization, editing, layout, production, and delivery - from concept to completion.

You will partner with internal Project Executives and Business Development Leads, prepare responses to RFQs, RFPs, and assist with the strategy for project interviews. This will include the administration of all materials, including interview books, boards, handouts, team cards, and PowerPoint presentations.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work with others, showing flexibility and excellent listening skills
  • Capacity to interview others, translate information and write concisely
  • Strong attention to detail with constant consideration of spelling, grammar, and quality
  • Capability to coordinate and manage teams during RFQ/RFP/interview development
  • Ability to work under pressure with varying schedule demands
  • Skilled in time management, project prioritization, and being organized

Qualifications:
  • Five (5)+ years' experience in developing architecture/engineering/construction proposals and presentations
  • Experience writing proposals for Federal projects is required, specifically SF330
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in English, Marketing, Journalism or Communications
  • Proficient or advanced experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Graphic design/Adobe Illustrator experience a plus

Position Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
  • Ability to read and understand plans and direction given in the English language
  • Ability to write in English
  • Basic computer skills
    • Ability to create and or edit Microsoft Word documents
    • Ability to create and or edit Microsoft Excel documents
    • Ability to create and or edit Microsoft Exchange emails with attachments
