Do you thrive in a fast paced environment? Are you looking to make an impact with a rapidly growing team? Then you may be a great fit for a 2nd Shift Receiving Lead based in our Plainfield facility. In this role you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Receiving department. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Overseeing and assisting in the unloading and receipt of inbound freight
• Utilizing a small team efficiently to maximize the number of pallets received per day.
• Accuracy of inbound load receipts
• Following SOPs on best practices
• Maintaining a clean work area
• Reporting progress at end of shift

*The hours for this position are 3:00pm - 12:30am

Preferred Qualifications:

• The ability to lead a small team effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Must be detail oriented and treat customer product as your own
• Organizational and Communication skills to coordinate with 1st shift counterparts, the other lead on the shift responsible for putting away freight, and other departments to achieve internal and external goals
• Perform accurately in a fast pace environment
• Equipment Certifications (preferred not required)
• Sit-down Propane Forklift and various attachments including: Clamp, Slip, Reach Truck and Order Picker
• Various a diverse and inclusive work environment
