Summary: This position is responsible for directing the proper handling of all field issues from an employee relations standpoint while working in collaborative efforts with Loss Prevention, Finance and Operations.
Develop strategic initiatives in partnership with Store Operations/Loss Prevention/Human Resources to advance Associate development up to and including the Regional Directors/District Sales Managers/Zone Managers in an effort to contribute to the Company's succession planning.
Responsible for all field issues from an employee relations standpoint including Hostile Work environment complaints, Sexual harassment, EEOC complaints, etc.
Provides guidance, leadership and support to the Human Resources Field Managers.
Ensures the strict adherence to employment law/equal opportunity guidelines and regulation, local as well as federal guidelines, in the field.
Provides guidance and recommendations to Home Office as well as field and Store personnel on issues such as staffing & recruitment, employment laws, salary administration and current company policy.
Assist in the roll out of Training initiatives to include partnering with ZM/RM/DSM's and district where needed.
Develops/recommends electronic systems which create efficiencies for our Company and/or enhances the Associate experience in an effort to gain Associate engagement.
