100% REMOTE Senior Data Engineer If you are a Senior Data Engineer with Spark and Scala experience, please read on!

What You Will Be Doing - Build and edit Spark jobs in Scala for various tasks, ex - reading kinesis stream using Spark Streaming, joining and aggregating huge data sets, to integrating with third party data sources
- Develop and release new features to adapt to current business needs 
- Own our data infrastructure and have clear understanding of our business
- Maintain high standards of code quality and encourage this by having collaborative, constructive code reviews
- Troubleshoot and solve issues across various systems
Work in a collaborative environment with Data Science, Product, Research, and Engineering teams
What You Need for this Position - Spark
- Scala
- SQL
- Database Fundamentals (ACID/Snowflake Schema)
- HDFS (Preferred)
- S3 (Preferred)
- Data Science tooling in Spark (Plus)
- AdTech (Plus)
